Nomi. The new customer consultant:

virtual, intelligent and beautiful

A new evolutionary era has begun. The Hamburg-based internet company, novomind AG has created a new being with its novomind IQ™ software: Nomi, the virtual web agent. A being with artificial intelligence, human emotions and a super feminine robot body. As a customer consultant she will attract eCommerce customers to the computer screen – and not just because of her silvery, metallic contours. But beware: she will not accept fatuous comments about her appearance.

Nomi, the young web agent, provides the 'human touch' on the internet. As an IPI agent (Interactive Personable Intelligent agent), she is different to other avatars. She is not just an attractive figure. Nomi has a mind. Via Natural Language Processing, she is able to communicate in everyday speech with hundreds of website visitors. Nomi provides information, navigates, advises, gathers facts, learns, records data, deals with small talk and loves receiving compliments. Despite her limited experience of life, the attractive agent has already a lot to offer. And, just like real life, the older she gets and the more input she receives, the more experienced and personalized the internet 'Number 5' becomes.
