Travelocity Europe has successfully introduced the email management system created by novomind. The company receives over 10,000 emails per month. These emails can now be automatically recognized and categorized. The success rate in email recognition is at a remarkable 94%, which has allowed for considerable amounts of time to be saved. Furthermore, novomind’s iMail™ automatically generated response suggestions, which saves even more time and costs. Travelocity Europe is a joint venture, supported by a partnership between the Otto group and the worldwide leading online travel agency Travelocity.com. novomind iMail™ is able to independantly recall emails from numberous accounts, analyze them according to their content and then distribute among 25 different categories. Travelocity is then, therefore, in the position to more sophisticatedly handle the overall increase in incoming email, without facing additional organizational problems.
